An exciting content site in the automotive niche, specifically focusing on Chevrolet/Chevy cars. 

Key Highlights:

- Passive monetization through Amazon affiliate links and Ezoic ads.
- Part of the Ezoic Premium Agreement until April 2025 (transfers to buyer)
- Site used to be making ~$2,800 a month in 2022, so with a little love, can get back to it!

Operations:

Since I bought this site back in March 2024, I've renovated the existing articles and added new articles as well. I've also revamped the home page to give it more credibility. 

This site has been impacted by the HCU update but has been growing steadily ever since. 

Other than that, I haven't been doing much to the site and I haven't added new content in months and it's still generating passive income primarily through Ezoic. 

Customers:

Customers are acquired through organic SEO (a lot of the traffic comes from Bing) from people searching for keywords that relate to our content. We do not pay for visitors. They are typically car enthusiasts and people looking for information on how to fix their automobile.

If you check Google Trends, you'll see that the word Chevy has been growing and it's an ever green market. 

The primary audience are based in the U.S. 

Financials:

This site was making almost $3,000 back in 2022 and with a little more love and focusing on SEO, it can definitely shoot back up! Since I bought it, it's been making an average of $115/month without any work being done to it.
